ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
ROLE OF A GUIDE
1. To avoid the learner in uncovering the inner will to grow and to progress that needs to be the constant endeavour of the learner.
2. To evolve a programme of learning for each learner in accordance with the felt need of the learner’s growth.
3. To watch the learner with deep sympathy, understanding and patience, ready to guide as and when necessary.
4. To stimulate the learner with striking words, ideas, questions, stories, projects and programmes – this should be the main work of the guide.
5. The guide must be a friend and a guide, must not impose himself, but intervene when necessary.
6. To radiate inner calm and cheerful dynamism so as to create an atmosphere conducive to the development of higher faculties of inner knowledge and intuition- than may be regarded as the heart of the work of the guide.
ROLE OF PARENTS
1. Should know our aim and work process .
2. Should attend regular guardian meeting.
3. Should participate in workshop arranged for them.
4. Should be a part of this family by their physical presence.
5. Should follow basic discipline of campus.
6. Should give needed learning material to the child when he/she wants or shows interest to do something.
ROLE OF VISITOR
1. Should work in time.
2. Do some physical work in campus.
3. Must follow basic discipline.
